Paul proposed to Katie in November 2020. At that time, the world was in the middle of a pandemic, and only intimate micro weddings were happening. Katie approached her soon-to-be father-in-law and asked if they could get married in the barn on his family’s property. Her soon-to-be father-in-law laughed at the thought, because the barn was nowhere near looking like a wedding venue. He asked Katie, “You want to get married here?”. With the help of family and friends, you would have never guessed that months ago this was a working barn. The Butler Ranch barn now has been transformed into an exquisite wedding venue! Katie has a large family. Due to a blended family, she has grown up with many siblings; so it was only fitting that she did two First Looks with the very special fathers in her life. It is safe to say that Katie kept her emotions in check, but her fathers had a hard time following suit when they each saw Katie for the first time on her wedding day. Katie also had both of her fathers walk her down the aisle, and she did a father-daughter dance with each of them during the reception as well. It is safe to say that Katie is well-loved! The torch is being passed on to Paul, and I think he can handle loving Katie.

It was a warm day; but it was sunny, and the breeze was a delight. Your family and friends are as wonderful as the two of you. You two are well-loved by all, and their support was easy to see on your wedding day. Both of you are so very lucky to have found each other, because you are the perfect match.
