Annie started loving horses and she has gradually moved from horseback riding, to competing, and now she has a horse to care for. Meet Oliver. He will also respond to Ollie. The love is deep between these two. When their car pulls up, Oliver perks his head up, confirms it is Annie, and then trots over to greet her. Having the opportunity to capture their bond was a highlight of my week. You can view Annie’s last family session with her cousins here.

Annie and Oliver beamed with pride as they showed off skills while glammed up. Oliver must have felt special with everyone making a fuss over her. Annie shared with her mother that this session made her heart so happy. This is the same feeling I have when my own family takes family pictures. I hope everyone feels when they have pictures taken.

Annie and Oliver, thank you for showing me the ropes around the horse world. Oliver is one good-looking horse who loves his Annie! Annie, thank you for sharing your vision with me. I hope these continue to make you happy. I hope that you print and frame these gorgeous pictures for you to enjoy for years to come. One day you will look back on how young you both were. It was so much fun to see you in your happy place with your first love. You were beaming with pride throughout your whole session.
