Svetlana and Brett braved the cool and snowy conditions for their romantic engagement session.  These two were lucky that the sun was shining because it was raining the night before their engagement session.  The love between Svetlana and Brett is easy to see.  Their giggles and smiles radiated their love for one another.  Their gallery is full of too many stunning pictures.  You can view more engagement sessions here.

How They Met

Svetlana and Brett met through a Christian dating app.  Once they made the connection, they messaged back and back forth for a month.  This was not an occasional message here and there either.  This was constantly messaging one another throughout the day.  By the time Brett invited Svetlana out for their first date,  their connection remained strong!  

The Proposal

Svetlana and Brett have a formal date night once a month.  They were dressed up and had plans to be at a dinner reservation.  Brett needed to swing Svetlana by the church first to pick up a packet.  She asked if she needed to go into the church or if she should stay in the truck.  Brett shared that she should come in to retrieve the packet with him.  As they entered, the church was dark, except for the candles that were lit and there were flowers.  All of a sudden, Svetlana heard their song playing.  Brett led Svetlana into the center of the flowers that were placed on the floor.  Brett got down on one knee and asked Svetlana to marry him. She said yes!  As they hugged, Svetlana heard clicking.  As she looked around, she saw a friend taking pictures and more of their friends and family surrounding them!  

Svetlana and Brett, what a wonderful engagement session!  You two move in each other’s arms so easily that we were able to capture too many wonderful moments between the two of you.  Congratulations, you are now professionals for your September wedding day!  I am so excited for you to see some of my many favorites from your engagement session!
