It had been a few years since Leah and Yancy had taken family pictures.  We had to reschedule their session a few times due to weather and illness, but we were able to finally get their family in front of the camera! The rainstorm was rolling in as we were at their session, but this did not stop the fun.  Their boys were ecstatic to learn that after their session they were going to test out their new dirt bikes.  It was like Christmas morning!  Everyone was in a great mood, and we captured some fantastic pictures.  You can view more family sessions here.

Fun Fact:  Leah and I used to swim against each other.  She swam for the Oroville Orcas and I was a Chico AquaJet.  I remember her excelling in the breaststroke!

Not only were we able to capture great family pictures; but we were also able to capture some handsome pictures of the three brothers together, and they all rocked their individuals.  Leah and Yancy were able to have a moment alone with just the two of them.  Some of my favorite pictures from their family session were some of the behind-the-scenes with their sons. There were some teasing (and loving) hugs given.  I always love these special moments!

Leah and Yancy,  I am so happy we were finally able to get your family session done!  The storm may have been rolling in; but other than some clouds, you had a perfect day!  And dirt bikes!  What a good day.  It was wonderful to see you again, Leah.  You have a beautiful family.  Good luck getting through this busy year, but this is where the memories are made.  Hugs.
