Kirsten and Wyatt recently laughed and giggled their way through their gorgeous engagement session in Upper Bidwell Park. These two made my job so incredibly easy as they enjoyed their time together. The fall California light is unbeatable during this time of year too. Both of these factors made for the best engagement session. Kirsten was stunning in her blue dress as Wyatt twirled her in the park. They finished the evening with a toast to their love by shotgunning a beer in remembrance of their dating days. Kirsten and Wyatt have too many fabulous pictures. You can view more engagement sessions here.
Fun Fact: Wyatt’s mother is our neighbor!
Kirsten and Wyatt first met while working together at Sportsman’s Warehouse. At the time, Wyatt was at the end of a relationship; and Kirsten was there to help him through a difficult time. They talked often, and their relationship grew from there.
Kirsten is a nurse; and when she walked in the door finally home after working an extra shift at the hospital, the floor was covered with rose petals. She walked in to find Wyatt and his daughter standing inside a heart made by rose petals. They were both dressed up and holding flowers for her. Wyatt’s daughter asked Kirsten to be her forever Mama Bear. While Kirsten was crying tears of joy, Wyatt got on one knee and asked her to be his best friend forever and to marry him. She said yes!
Kirsten and Wyatt, thank you so much for trusting me to take your engagement pictures. It is obvious you two are made for each other. Your flirty banter and giggles gave a fun and lighthearted vibe to the evening. I am looking forward to your wedding next year. I am so excited for you to see some of my many favorites from your engagement session.
