There is nothing quite like showing up to your family session and having a mommy doe and two baby fawns greet you as you enter the Bidwell Park Golf Course. I thought Julie and Nathan were just friends of clients I have taken pictures of in the past, but it turns out that they are also related to some of my clients; and they are friends with many people in my social circle! Julie and Nathan‘s family was so much fun to spend the evening with, and they made my work so easy. Their boys were full of smiles and energy. The golf course was an excellent location for two exploring boys that were fascinated with the animals, golf balls, and the creek. I’m not gonna lie, I am always fascinated with Upper Bidwell Park as well. It was the perfect setting for Julie and Nathan’s family session.

Julie and Nathan, it was so much fun to meet you two and your boys. I can envision your older son secretly making funny faces during your family pictures, and I love that it was captured on camera. I hope that his personality brought smiles to your faces, because he sure did to mine. I hope you enjoyed your adventures through the golf course once we were done with your session.
