Kristi has been wanting to update their family picture since the spring; but due to COVID, we had to push their session to the summer. It may have all been for the better though, because the gorgeous sunset glow flattered Kristi and Kyle‘s family to the max. You would have guessed that we traveled to Southern California for their family session by this palm tree-lined street and the golden hour sunshine.  You can view Kristy and Kyle‘s family session from last fall here.

Kristi really wanted to document both of their daughters’ milestone birthdays. Their older daughter is turning five next month, and their younger daughter recently celebrated her first birthday a couple of months ago. Kristi was just hoping to update a family picture as well; but with the kids being a little older this year, we were able to steal Kristi and Kyle away for a few minutes to get some pictures of just the two of them. These were some of my favorites from their session! I would love it if I could always capture the mother and father at the end of the session, even if it’s just for a picture or two.

Kristi and Kyle, it has been a joy to document your love story over the past few years. I always look forward to your session, because everyone’s true personalities shine through in their pictures.
