Shawn and Mark’s family portraits were taken in the beautiful grassy fields of Chico. Shawn showed up in a gorgeous flowy white dress, and her daughters were in coordinating colors. Shawn and Mark’s family made my job so easy and incredibly fun. Even with younger children, their family was able to buzz through family pictures, and we were able to capture plenty of different combinations with the girls and their parents. If you look closely at their younger daughter’s beautiful smile, you will notice a gorgeous dimple! Her hair in the sunlight was an added bonus. A top favorite picture of mine was when she was sitting on Shawn‘s lap in the grassy field.  Mother and daughter moments are always a favorite of mine.

Shawn and Mark, thank you so much for the joyous evening together and for allowing me to capture your family portraits. Shawn, you were stunning in your dress; and the smile on your face made you even more gorgeous. It is easy to see how much love you two share for each other and your sweet daughters. I smiled the whole time I was with you at your session, and I smiled while I was editing your gallery. I hope you look back on these pictures, and it takes you back to this chapter in your lives.
