Valerie and Roy had their whole family town, so family pictures seemed necessary for the joyous occasion. The rain had been a concern, but Mother Nature cooperated with sunshine for this special day.  Valerie and Roy beamed with happiness to have all of their babies and their families back in the state of California.  There is a possibility that everyone may come home again in the future.  You can view their son’s family, Keith and Sophia’s, previous session here.

Valerie and Roy’s grandchildren loved running and playing around the field together.  There were lots of sticks being collected and the moon was spotted numerous times.  Occasionally, a child would try to make a run for it, but they were always quickly spotted and safely returned.  Fortunately, the adults still outnumbered the children.  This made it easy to capture plenty of breakouts with and without children.  The whole family together will always be my favorite, but Valerie and Roy with their grandchildren were a close runner-up.

Valerie and Roy, thank you for trusting me with your family pictures.  You have a beautiful family and it was fun to see everyone together.  I hope you were able to soak up each moment with the family together.  I am excited for you to see some of my many favorites from your family session.
