Ashley and Marc exchanged their vows in an intimate ceremony with their family in Chico, California. The Mendocino National Forest Chico Seed Farm, “Chico Tree Farm”, is the same location where Marc surprised Ashley with a proposal during an evening walk.  This special location was the perfect place for them to get married. The Proposal

Ashley and Marc had been dating for almost five years.  He was constantly teasing Ashley with proposals by bending down to tie his shoes and getting down on one knee.  When friends asked about when he was going to propose, he told them that he would when she was exhausted from expecting one.  The time came, and Ashley had stopped talking about a proposal.  They went for their evening walk with their dog, and they got caught in sprinklers that popped on.  Once they jogged out of the grassy area, Marc told Ashley that he had a question for her.  He got down on one knee, and Ashley did not take him seriously.  Once she saw the ring, she knew this was the real deal; and she said yes!

Ashley and Marc, everything about your wedding ceremony was perfect!  The heat added to the experience and now the memory you will share when you talk about your wedding day.  I am happy your families were able to attend and witness this joyous day!  I am looking forward to watching your love story grow.  I am excited for you to see some of my many favorites from your wedding day!
