Carla was hosting a 90th birthday party for her mother, Ursula; and the whole family was coming to town.  Carla took advantage of the celebration and scheduled a family session for the night before the party.  It took quite a bit of planning and organizing to ensure everyone would be in town the evening before the party, but she did it!  I believe that there were even a few surprise guests that the birthday girl did not know were going to be there, because she thought that they were not able to attend.  You can view more large family sessions here.

Look at that picture of everyone together in the first picture below.  It is amazing to think that it all started with Ursula!  We were able to capture Ursula with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.  Plus, many family breakouts in-between.  These beautiful people made me smile by just looking at them.

Carla, thank you for trusting me with your family session.  I smile when I look back on this day, because your family was warm and welcoming to me. Everyone was full of love and joy due to everyone being together.  I hope that Ursula’s birthday celebration was one to remember!
