So much can change in a year! Less than a year ago, I was capturing Holly and Zac‘s in-home newborn lifestyle session. I was happy to recently photograph their fall family portraits and to celebrate their son’s first birthday. Since their newborn session, they have recently purchased a home. Fun fact: Holly and I were best friends in elementary school; and from there, we continued to play sports together and go through middle school and high school together.  You can view Holly and Zac’s in-home newborn lifestyle session here.

Holly and Zac‘s one-year-old son has the most adorable locks, and he wore the cutest overalls I have ever seen for his birthday pictures. Holly and Zac are proud parents as they should be!  Their son has developed and changed so much in the past year. Walking on uneven ground was a new challenge for him at our session. He was happy in both of his parents’ arms, and the smiles were abundant. I can only imagine that Holly and Zac just stare at their son all day because of all of his beauty.

Holly and Zac, thank you so much for allowing me to follow your love story. I cannot wait to see where this upcoming year takes you. It was a joy to see your family again and to document how much your son has grown. His sweet little face just makes me smile.
