I had the honor to capture Sophia and Keith’s first family pictures as a family of three!  At the time of their session, their adorable baby boy was seven weeks old; and their fur baby was two years old.  They learned that they were pregnant at the same time they brought their puppy into their lives.  We took their family pictures in one of my favorite locations in Chico.  You can view more fall family portraits here.

I love it when I am able to get a sneak peek into families’ relationships and their connections with each other. Sophia and Keith are full of love for each other and their new baby boy. I always love to get some individual pictures of mom and baby boy and then dad with the baby as well. Next year, I am sure their session will look a lot different than it did this year. Sophia and Keith’s son will be over a year old, possibly walking, and probably climbing all over their family dog!

Sophia and Keith, it was wonderful to meet you and your family. You are so lucky to have each other while raising and adjusting to a new baby. Your son is lucky to have the two of you as parents. From what I could see, he looks like the most perfect baby ever!  I look forward to watching your love story grow, and I am so excited for the year ahead of you. I cannot wait for you to see some of my many favorites from your FIRST family session together!
