The Best Man and Matron of Honor had just presented their toasts to the Bride and Groom, Karah and Dan. The DJ announced that Dan was the next to speak. Karah smiled at Dan as she watched him stand up to greet their family and friends. Dan started by thanking their parents for the help to put on their dream wedding and then to his Grandma for allowing them to get married on her property. You may have thought that this is where the thank yous ended, but he continued to thank the ladies that cooked their wedding day dinner and to the woman that made the orange jello for their rehearsal the night before. Dan’s true personality shined as he connected and joked with his guests. His guests loved his toast; just as Dan loved his new wife.

Karah and Dan have known each other since their freshman year in high school. They celebrated their love with an elegant fall country wedding. Cows that were in the pasture witnessed the ceremony as Karah walked down the aisle with her father and as she and Dan shared their first kiss as husband and wife with the sunlight glistening through the eucalyptus tree leaves. The cutest ring bearer was pulled in a wagon with a sign that read, “I cannot be trusted with the rings”. Karah and Dan shared a memorable wedding day together. Karah and Dan, your wedding day was an absolute dream! You have amazing family and friends. It was a pleasure to be with you two on your wedding day. I am impressed by both of your moves on the dance floor as well! Dan put some huge smiles on the ladies’ faces when he took their hands and led them on the dance floor. I loved how Karah’s dance with her father turned into a family dance with lots of hugs and a few tears. I hope you two are enjoying this new chapter of your lives!
