Meet Iris! She is graduating in May from the Master’s Program at California State University, Chico, with a degree in Social Work. From the time Iris graduated with her undergraduate degree to now, she has continued to work with children and families. Iris currently has an intern position that is setting her up for success. Iris has a big heart for this line of work, and she will excel in all that she does. Please click on the following blog posts to view more 2019 senior sessions: Senior Stephanie and Senior Katie.
Kendall Hall is a popular landmark on the campus of California State University, Chico, especially for spring senior portraits. A group from a fraternity was waiting to take individuals in front of Kendall Hall. Iris’ personality shined when we waited patiently for a turn to capture all of the beauty on the campus. When we were given the opportunity to jump in for a picture (or ten!), Iris hopped right into a place and excelled at taking her pictures with many onlookers! It can feel awkward to be in front of the camera; add 40 extra sets of eyes watching your every move! Iris rocked her senior session on campus!
Iris, it was a pleasure meeting you and hearing about your education journey. I cannot wait to see where your job takes you. You have selected an outstanding program to work with, and I feel confident that you will have a job lined up in no time. You are already making an impact on so many lives. This is just the start. You are going to be an advocate for many people and families. Congratulations on this new journey. No one can ever take your education away from you. I am so excited for you to see some of my many favorites from your session on the California State University, Chico, campus! Congratulations!
