Andreya and Cole had each gotten ready in their own suites that were located in separate halls at the Montalvo Arts Center in Saratoga, California. They had friends deliver gifts to each another while they were getting ready. Both of them were so excited and also so anxious to see each other at their first look. We had to strategically bring Cole down the stairs first to avoid the risk of him seeing Andreya walking down the same set of stairs. A first look is a wonderful way to diminish those nerves and soak in this moment with your best friend on the most important day of your lives. You can view more first look moments at these weddings: Julia and Nick, Janice and Jeremy, and Tiffany and Austin.
Cole was in his place for their first look. We were both taking deep breaths together for about 60 seconds. Cole had those nervous and anxious butterflies in his stomach. Andreya smiled with excitement as she walked slowly towards Cole. She tapped him on his shoulder. Cole turned around to view his beautiful bride. His huge smile instantly turned into a pout as he tried to hold back his tears. Cole’s emotions got the best of him as he took Andreya into a huge embrace! Both of Andreya and Cole’s nerves melted away as they hugged, smiled, and laughed with each other during their first look.
Andreya and Cole, you two beamed with joy all day long! The love you two share is easy to see. You two could not stop stealing kisses from each other on your wedding day. I enjoyed every moment of your dreamy wedding! As you can see, your first look may have been a favorite moment of mine; but your husband and wife portrait time together was a close second! I cannot wait for you to see some of my many favorites from your wedding day!
[…] You Farmer J and I used to live in Glenn; and we often passed Jessekah and Andy’s wedding venue, the Ord Bend Mansion, sometimes multiple times a day. But we had never turned down the driveway to take in all of the beauty the mansion had to offer. The spring flowers were blooming on both sides of the mansion; and there were eucalyptus, olive, and willow trees surrounding the property. Fortunately, the rain held off to allow the First Look, bride and groom portraits, and the bridal party pictures to take place in the natural surroundings at the Ord Bend Mansion in Northern California.
