The week before Easter Sunday, we celebrated an early Enos Easter with Farmer J’s side of the family.  This includes his immediate family, not his large Enos side of his family.  We have learned through the years, that we all enjoy the celebration so much more if we dedicate one day where we can relax, enjoy one another, and not shuffle from one Easter celebration to the next.  If you want to learn more of Our Love Story, please click here.

Yogi has been asking questions about our Easter celebrations since December 26.  Seriously.  For years he has been saying that Easter is his favorite holiday.  Farmer J and his cousins have the same fond memories of Easter and being with their cousins.  When Yogi woke up, he came out of his room dressed and ready for our early Easter celebration.  Please note his slightly too tiny shirt and white undershirt hanging out underneath.  Some battles are not worth fighting with Yogi, especially on our Enos Easter.  The Enos Easter consisted of three egg hunts, one for the preschoolers, one for the big kids, and one for the adults. There is also a treasure hunt where the children all frantically sprint around hoping they are on the right path for the next clue.  As there is every year, there is way too much food!  We tease every year that we should just serve appetizers; because we are all full by dinner time, and the children have attempted to eat all of their candy.
