Laura’s daughter, Claire, surprised Laura with the gift of photography for her 60th birthday.  The night before the party, Claire shared with Laura that they were going to be taking family pictures, and Laura teared up at her thoughtful gift.   Family pictures were taken to capture this special moment in Laura’s life.  Laura’s husband, mother, siblings, children, and grandchildren were present to help celebrate Laura’s birthday at her home in Capay.  If you would like to see more large family sessions, please click on the following links:  Florence and Howard and Cindy.

Laura has such a beautiful family, and they are so much fun to be around!  I truly enjoyed my time with her family and the memories they were creating at this party.  Some moments that I will not forget are Grandma Pat asking me to take a headshot of just her, Madison almost dropping his fiancé, Kalli, after she teased him, and Mr. Pat wanting pictures of his grandsons in his truck.  Even though they may not seem like big incidents, these are the moments that made me smile.  The joy from Laura’s family was easy to capture.  I was able to get a large picture of Laura and her party guests, and I also was able to give Laura plenty of pictures of her with the most important people in her life.

Laura, your family is beautiful inside and out!  I had such a wonderful evening with you all and the bees buzzing around your property!  You are so lucky to have such a supportive family that will all come home to throw you a birthday party and that celebrates you!  I am certain you had the most fantastic 60th birthday ever!!  I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I do, which is so much!  I cannot even pick a favorite, because I have so many favorites with all of the members of your family!  Happy Birthday!
