This fun couple was ready to add some portraits of just them onto their walls. They have not had couple portraits taken since their wedding day almost 10 years ago. Since then they have added three babies and a puppy dog to their lives. At the end of their session, they said that their portrait experience was like the premarital counseling they took before they were married. There was laughter, smiles, and even some tears.
The grandparents were in town, and they were babysitting their children while this couple went out on the town. After their photography session in the beautiful spring almond blossoms, they went to a sushi dinner date and thought about a movie. They were hoping to make it out past 8 p.m. These two have the chemistry to last a lifetime. They laughed, flirted, and enjoyed each other’s company the whole session. They have the kind of relationship that couples dream to have when they are first getting married. They take the time to date and do what they did in the beginning of their relationship to keep there from being an end. Their portraits are already up on their walls. This beautiful couple may not realize it, but their children get to admire these pictures; and they are seeing an example what a relationship should look like.
These two were posing professionals. Hubby’s parents are photographers, so I am giving credit to them for his natural poses. He would being moving into a new pose before I instructed him. We laughed so much during their session that my cheeks hurt! There were real smiles and genuine laughter throughout the entire session. Their session included some whispering, praying, laughter, blessings, and even some tears. This was a good day to remind us all how important life is and to keep the ones that are close to us even closer in our hearts. Do not wait until tomorrow to tell someone how you feel about them.
